Alexa Peralta, OTD, OTR

Alexa earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She completed her clinical fieldwork in an outpatient hand therapy setting in San Antonio and an acute care setting at Memorial Hermann. Her experience in hand therapy played a pivotal role in shaping her clinical interests, helping her discover a strong passion for this specialty and working with individuals recovering from upper extremity injuries and conditions.

Alexa joined SROSM in 2024 and is dedicated to providing client-centered, evidence-based care to help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and engaging in creative hobbies such as painting and crafting.
