Bailee Bailey, PT, DPT
Bailee earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, graduating in 2023.
As a physical therapist, Bailee has a special interest in sports medicine, general orthopedic conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. She enjoys working with a wide range of patients, including youth, high school, and recreational athletes, and is certified in dry needling with plans to continue pursuing advanced sports-specific education.
Bailee’s passion for physical therapy began through her own recovery journey after a significant injury that required multiple surgeries and more than a year of physical therapy. Following rehabilitation, she was able to return to playing soccer and volleyball, giving her a unique appreciation for the dedication and perseverance required throughout the recovery process.
Her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, patient education, and dry needling when appropriate to help patients achieve their goals. Bailee believes in partnering with her patients throughout the rehabilitation process and empowering them with the tools and confidence needed to return to the activities they enjoy most.
Outside of the clinic, Bailee enjoys cheering on Texas Tech athletics, spending time with her husband and family, and finding fun home projects.
