Josef Alvarez, PTA

Josef has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since October 2025 and has been with Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics since completing his PTA program at PIMA Medical Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a minor in Biology, from The University of Texas at Austin. His academic background provides a strong foundation in human movement, anatomy, and biomechanics, allowing him to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care. Josef is dedicated to helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. In his free time, he enjoys running with his Husky, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
