Miko Jefferson, PT, LPT
Miko graduated from the University of Utah obtaining degrees in Exercise and Sport Science (1992) and Physical Therapy (1994). She has been a licensed physical therapist for 25 years, and joined Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics in 2011. She specializes in Myofascial Release, Functional Manual Therapy, Graston Technique, Myokinesthetics and orthopedic sports medicine.
She has trained in martial arts for 24 years, earning second degree black belts in Japanese Shotokan and Okinawan Shorin-Ryu. She and her son are currently training to obtain their black belts in Korean Kuk Sool Won. After serving on two mission trips to Taiwan, her passion is to continue planting churches in Taiwan and to bring the message of Christ throughout Asia. She is married and has a son.
