The Woodlands, TX, May 15, 2012- Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine (SROSM) recently welcomed their 20,000th patient into their practice. Opening their doors in 2005, SROSM has created a reputation for giving their patients the highest level of comprehensive orthopedic care.
The 20,000th SROSM patient was Sue Massey. Ms. Massey was experiencing hand tingling and numbness in her fingers. She consulted with her internist, Dr. Scott Kahney of Village Medical Center who referred her to Dr. Hayes at SROSM. She then met Dr. Hayes who diagnosed her with carpel tunnel syndrome.
"Dr. Hayes has a great bedside manner. I never felt rushed, just very comfortable. After my surgery he even called me the day after to find out how I was feeling," Ms. Massey stated. "I never had a problem making an appointment; the whole staff was friendly and seemed to really enjoy what they do."
At her first appointment, Ms. Massey was surprised by the entire staff suddenly entering her exam room, throwing confetti and singing "You're our 20,000th patient!" She was presented with a gift certificate to Hubble and Hudson. "They even asked me to dance down the hallway!" Ms. Massey giggled.
"We were thrilled to welcome Ms. Massey as our 20,000th patient. And we just wanted to thank her, and thank all our patients for their continued support and confidence in our care," said Dr. Hayes.
