Rebecca Holden, PTA

After 6 years in EMS, including serving on the Tissue and Eye Donation Team, as an EMT, and at the Medic Support Center, Becca pursued her second career as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated from Lone Star-Montgomery in 2014 and began working for Sterling Ridge Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in 2022. Becca has experience in multiple physical therapy settings, including home health, outpatient, SNF, LTAC, and Acute. She currently holds a Graston certification.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has recently completed writing and illustrating her first children's book, and hopes to write more.
