This notice is to inform you of changes regarding your medical care. Dr. James Lin will no longer be practicing medicine at Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine (SROSM) as of Sept. 3, 2026. Both Dr. Lin and SROSM are dedicated to ensuring you receive the best possible continued care regarding your medical condition.

SROSM is able to provide you with continued medical care. SROSM physicians and staff can visit with you at any of our three locations. Should you choose to see another physician outside of SROSM, you may request a copy of all of your medical records at anytime by contacting SROSM and completing a medical records release form.

SROSM apologizes for any inconvenience. We are here to make this transition as smooth and seamless as possible while continuing your medical care.
