Dr. Edmund Choi will no longer be practicing medicine at Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine (SROSM) as of Nov. 28, 2024. Both Dr. Choi and SROSM are dedicated to ensuring you receive the best possible continued care in regards to your medical condition.
SROSM is able to provide you with continued medical care. SROSM physicians and staff can visit with you at any of our three locations. Should you choose to see another physician outside of SROSM, you may request a copy of all of your medical records at anytime by contacting SROSM and completing a medical records release form.
