The manager, Dr. Phil, helps me and monitors my surgery progress. I was embarrassed to tell him that I didn’t do a good job on my rehab exercise homework. He patiently explained in layman’s terms how important it is for me to follow up on each exercise homework. Dr. Phil is amazingly caring, kind, and intellectual. I am honored to have his service.
